Turtlewings Partnership

Turtlewings focuses on two key areas: ‘Design with Children’ and ‘Creativity in Education’. Design with Children looks at “making children’s voices visible”, using design techniques that are a unique combination of children’s workshops and professional design services. In Creativity in Education they work with educators and organizations to show the amazing results of bringing creativity into the learning environment.

Its unique design studio provides the base from which they collaborate with families, schools and communities, aiming to further their understanding of the “world of the child.” Children from ages 0 to 12 are catered for at different workshops and events.

These events range from workshops for teachers and children to the design of a new center for children to setting up a “creative thinking lab”.

The blog section of the Turtlewings website holds a number of fascinating videos and articles, as well as giving some excellent photographs of the amazing output created by the children at the Turtlewings workshops.
